New Feature: Quick Onboarding

Technicians can now set up new clients instantly from the Dashboard. The Quick Onboard tool combines three steps into one form:

  • Step 1: Register the Company (Billing Entity).
  • Step 2: Add the Site Contact and GPS Address.
  • Step 3 (Optional): Log the first job and self-assign it to your backlog.

App Installation

Install the portal as an app for real-time field access:

  • iPhone: Tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen".
  • Android: Tap the menu, then "Install App".
  • PC: Use the browser's install icon in the address bar.
